Act Now! Matching Challenge Doubles your Gift to the New Road Ahead Expansion Project

Thanks to Hiya and Gary W. Hahn, all gifts and pledges of $5,000 or more to the New Road Ahead will be matched up to $200,000! “A major expansion such as this will serve many animals for a long time to come. It is a chance to do something that will last,” shared Gary.

The New Road Ahead is the most ambitious expansion of OHS programs and services in its 153-year history.

The New Road Ahead includes the construction of two new buildings next to OHS’s Ernest C. Swigert Animal Shelter. The facilities will house a Behavior and Rescue Center, Animal Crimes Forensic Center, and a Community Veterinary Hospital. The project is scheduled to open late summer this year. The fundraising goal for the New Road Ahead is $36 million.
