What my friends at OHS say about me:

  • I am a sweet and sensitive guy who takes a little time to build trust and make friends. Once I do, I would love to be your new velcro accessory. Spending time with my people is the best part of my day!
  • If you have a vacant lap, I would be glad to keep it warm!
  • I love nothing more than to be held close and snuggled.
  • Playing really helps me come out my shell and it's a great way for us to bond.
  • While I do like cheek scratches, I am not a fan of exam-like handling of my neck and face. Please be gentle!
  • Shy and Nervous: I can be worried about new people, new surroundings and touch. I prefer to take things at my own pace and will need to live in a calm environment.
  • Click here to sign-up for our Start over Rover class! We will help you set you on the right path to have the best life possible with your new furry friend through training, games, and exercises!
  • I have been diagnosed with dental disease which means I may need dental cleanings or extractions in the future.
  • I have medial patellar luxation (MPL) in 1 or more knees. This may need long term management or surgery.
  • What is best in life? Crush your enemies, see them driven before you, and to hear the lamentation of the women!

The type of home I'm looking for:

  • I would flourish in a calm environment and a low-traffic home.
  • I may be tiny and mighty, but I am fragile. I may not do best in a home with children who do not have experience being gentle and slow with fearful dogs.
