Notes
  • I'm sponsored by generous donors.

Like most teenage boys, I have a lot of energy, big feelings and still have a lot to learn about life. Let's talk about what makes me happy!

  • I'm a snuggly boy. Help me get my ya-ya's out and I'll curl up right next to you for a hardcore snug.
  • I'm a handsome boy. I mean, not to sound vain, but have you looked at me??
  • I'm a smart boy. I like to learn and with consistency, I pick things up pretty quickly.
  • I'm an active boy. Remember? I'm a teenager - so yeah, I do have a lot of energy, but it doesn't take a lot of effort to help me burn it off. A fetch in the yard? YES. A jog along the river? Anytime. A hike? Here for it. A neighborhood walkies? Sure, but please let me sniff, sniff, sniff.
  • I'm a party boy. I like to play with other dogs and I can get myself into mischief when left to my own devices.
  • I'm almost crate trained! My favorite volunteers have been teaching me how to get comfy in a crate.
  • So, remember how I was talking about my big feelings ? Let's unpack that.

  • I do have a Bite History involving a person. Like I was saying, I have those big feelings and a lot of energy; but my friends at OHS can help guide us through productive outlets and ways to decompress.
  • If I don't get my ya-ya's out appropriately, I'll find ways - see "mischief" above. My foster parent reported that I may have been responsible for some subtle redecoration when I first I moved in.
  • Dogs rule, cats drool . I have no intent on getting along with cats or wanting them anywhere near me.
  • I'm not so sure about novel people. I bark at people I don't know and would love for my human to help me get over this fear. But, once I do get to know you, that's when the snuggly part comes into play.

  • Thanks for making it this far. I hope there's a human out there just for me and guess what?! I'm part of the Diamond in the Ruff program, which means you could bring me home and get to know me better before putting a ring on it.
