Me-WOW! It’s kitten season at the Oregon Humane Society
We’re not kitten around here! The Oregon Humane Society is overflowing with cats and kittens looking for loving homes. Close to 200 cats and kittens are currently at the shelter, exceeding capacity and limiting the ability to take in new cats and kittens in need.
Through expanded partnerships with shelters and rescue groups around Oregon and throughout the region, OHS has received a record number of kittens in 2018.
“If you have been thinking of adding a feline friend to your family, this is a great time to step up and help out,” says Sharon Harmon, OHS President and CEO.
The half price adoption fees, July 27-29, make it easier to bring home two kittens which can be helpful for their socialization and they’ll have someone to play with anytime!
Adoptions fees and include vaccines, spay/neuter, microchip, one month of pet insurance for Oregon residents, a health exam with a vet of your choosing and a coupon from Mud Bay.
